Rally for Rivers

A Rally for Rivers (RFR) is a wonderful initiative by Isha Foundation. RFR visited the BVM Global@ Bengaluru campus on 22nd of August, 2017 to create awareness among students about condition of our rivers and also to take steps to save our rivers by planting trees on either side of the rivers. Ms. Savitha, a volunteer from Isha Foundation helped our students understand that our rivers are depleting and that we should take steps to save rivers, save water. A power point presentation showed a clipping of Jaggi Sadguru addressing the children to join hands in Rally for Rivers. Students took a pledge to save the rivers guided by Ms. Savitha. Eshan of Class V gave the vote of thanks and a card was presented to Ms. Savitha showing our gratitude for creating the awareness among us.
