Children’s Day celebrations mean loads of fun and frolic for children and are a special way of paying tribute to ‘Childhood’. Making this day a memorable one, KG teachers took charge of the center stage on 14th November 2016 and performed to entertain their beloved students. The energy-packed dance numbers included “Let’s Star Jump” and “Monkey Dance”. The students were overwhelmed with the entire effort. They cheered their teachers and hooted happily, as they saw them shaking their legs. Students fully enjoyed their day, since they could wear any formal and colourful dress. At the end of celebration, toffees were distributed to the delighted students, and ‘pencil-smileys’ as take-homes.
Children’s Day is no doubt celebrated to make people aware that those little gems are the real future of the country. It is our special responsibility to nourish and nurture them thoroughly.
